Heavy-Duty Aluminium Panel

Available in 3m and 4m widths, our trackway panels are engineered to support the heaviest vehicles and plant machinery. Each panel has dual-sided surfaces including a corrugated underside for a strong traction on slopes, and a smoother cross-serrated top for pedestrian access. Steerable Panels

Our Steerable Panels can curve up to 30 degrees, creating smooth, non-linear access routes around obstacles like trees, buildings, or uneven terrain. At 3m width, these panels connect seamlessly with our Heavy-Duty Aluminium panels , eliminating the need for cutting or overlapping to prevent trip hazards and safety risks. Made from 100% recyclable aluminium, these panels offer up to 80% carbon savings compared to aggregate roads.

Terraroad

TerraRoad is a heavy-duty mat designed for trackways and workpads, capable of handling heavy loads like vehicles and machinery up to 600 psi. The 75mm thick panels feature a "T-bar" and 5 camlock connectors as fixing points. The honeycomb underside distributes weight evenly, preventing dirt build-up, while the non-slip surface offers traction. TerraRoad’s light panels are highly visible, absorb less heat, and can be connected using locking straps for wider roads or work platforms.

TuffTrak

TuffTrak is a heavy-duty temporary roadway mat designed for heavy plant, machinery, and vehicles. Made from 100% recyclable high-density polyethylene (HDPE), these 40mm thick mats support up to 60 tonnes, subject to panel configuration and ground conditions The chevron traction surface ensures optimal grip, reduces slippage, and dispels mud for a clean, secure surface. TuffTrak is easy to transport, non-conductive, and chemically inert. Steel-reinforced connection points and quick-fit bolts simplify installation for a stable setup.

Dura-Base

Dura-Base® is a high-performance temporary roadway system, engineered to provide a durable surface for access across challenging terrains such as grasslands, wetlands, marshlands, and fields. Built to withstand compressive loads of up to 40kg/cm² (600 psi), Dura-Base mats can support the heaviest vehicles and plant machinery, even on difficult or uneven ground. The mats have a 300mm overlapping system and a tread pattern that enhances stability, and reduces mud ingress to create a safe working surface. The plastic material also includes a conductivity-enhancing additive that disperses static charges. Crafted from durable, 100% recycled plastic, the mats are an eco-friendly choice for greener projects.

MaxiTrack

MaxiTrack® is a self-install medium-duty trackway that provides support for medium to heavy loads, subject to panel configuration and ground conditions. Manufactured from high-tech Zetralene™ plastic, these 40kg mats are strong enough to handle vehicles up to 130 tonnes, yet light enough for two workers to install by hand without specialist equipment. With overlapping lipped connectors and flanged joints, MaxiTrack provides superior stability, suppresses mud seepage, and accommodates heat expansion across large areas. The innovative SmartGrip™ tread delivers exceptional traction in all directions, making it suitable for a wide variety of vehicles, including military, rubber-tracked, and tyred equipment.

Zappmat

Zappmat® is a strong yet lightweight interlocking trackway system suitable for pedestrian walkways and light-duty roadways. Ideal for events, festivals, and temporary compounds, the panels support up to 140 tonnes of UDL (depending on ground conditions). Featuring an engineered dual-sided tread pattern, Zappmat provides outstanding grip for both vehicles and pedestrians while dispelling mud to maintain a clean, safe surface. At just 35kg per mat and equipped with integrated hand grips, Zappmat is easy to handle, stack, transport, and reposition without the need for specialist equipment. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), these mats are 100% recyclable, making them an eco-conscious choice for ground protection.

TerraGuard

TerraGuard is a durable, hand-installable ground protection system for temporary walkways, car parks, event spaces, and sensitive grass areas. It features edging ramps for vehicle access, supports up to 2,500kg vehicles and fixed loads up to 80,000kg/m², depending on ground conditions. The 30mm thick panels use a "T-bar" system and camlocks for quick, tool-free setup and adjustments. Delivered in 2.3m x 1.5m panels, its modular design is ideal for temporary buildings and structures. With a multi-directional anti-slip surface, TerraGuard provides excellent traction on wet or uneven ground. Our Slide Protection Barrier adds additional safety to temporary access roads, creating a barrier to prevent vehicles from veering off the trackway.
