Terraroad

The Lightweight Foam Road Rail Access Point (RRAP) is a Network Rail-approved system, designed for the quick and efficient on/off and cross-tracking of wheeled Road Rail Vehicles (RRVs) up to 15 tonnes per axle, with a maximum gross weight of 30 tonnes. The RRAP's modular design installs in 2m increments for a customisable length along with interlocking lips that hook under the tracks for an easy setup without specialist tools. Dura-Base® is a high-performance temporary roadway system, engineered to provide a durable surface for access across challenging terrains such as grasslands, wetlands, marshlands, and fields.Built to withstand compressive loads of up to 40kg/cm² (600 psi), Dura-Base mats can support the heaviest vehicles and plant machinery, even on difficult or uneven ground.The mats have a 300mm overlapping lip system and a non-slip tread pattern that enhances stability, and reduces mud ingress to create a safe working surface. The Strail RRAP is a Network Rail-approved, semi-permanent Road Rail Access Point designed for long-term projects, temporary crossings, and rail access on lines that must remain operational outside possession times.With a 50 tonne gross vehicle weight capacity, the system consists of heavy-duty 900mm recycled rubber panels, which can be configured to create RRAPs of any length.
